The moment you walk in, you’re hit with that authentic smoky charcoal aroma that’s impossible to fake — it’s the real deal. The chicken is always perfectly cooked: juicy, tender, and full of flavour with that signature chargrilled taste that keeps us coming back. Their garlic sauce is incredible (addictive, really), and everything is always served fresh and piping hot. Beyond the food, the place itself is spotless — super clean and well kept, which says a lot about the care they put into their business. The staff are friendly, efficient, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. After trying charcoal chicken all over the world, it’s safe to say nothing quite compares to On Fire. Perth is lucky to have them — absolutely worth the visit every single time! ”

“ Located next to Canning Hwy, parking can be quite challenging, but this doesn't stop people to come to the store. The store is small and when we came right after its opening time, and since then more and more came. The team members were working hard, helping each other as they were preparing one big order of wrap, yet they still greeted and assisted with patience a smile. As first timer, we tried the whole chicken half lemon pepper half spicy. We also got the bigger garlic dip tub. Chicken is delicious and I mean really really delicious. Soft and tender chicken and that grill smell made me want to eat more and more. The garlic dip adds even more flavour to the chicken. I just wish the spicy sauce can have options for extra heat level. Will definitely go back to try the wrap and more chicken or course. PS; was planning to add pictures, alas we finished everything too quickly. UpDATE: so we went back again after yesterday. We couldn't have enough so today we ordered 2 whole chickens and the shish wrap. And photos are included this time ”

“ How good is this place! Their Lemon&Herb charcoal chicken is soo good. We loved vegetarian meal option too, especially Fattoush Salad, Fried Cauliflower and Eggplant. Loving how the meals are put together - your choice of salad, condiment, chips or rice and adding chicken, kafta or vego option create a tasty fulling meal. Might be little pricey, but def worthy. Recommend! ”
